When teleporting far away (e.g. a few 10,000 blocks) the world is not loading. Only reentering the world helps. This happens on worlds, that worked for around 1.5 years without problems.

Does noone else have this problem?
It also happebs for other players joining my game.
It happens also on freshly created new worlds.
Reinstalling Minecraft didn't fix the issue.
I added a very short video of the error after generating a new world.
