Skin creator in beta 1.13.0.15 completely unusable due to extremely glitched textures

I am unable to provide any screenshots because I can’t move them from my Xbox One to my PC because I don’t have an external hard drive, and no I wasn’t using any resource/behaviour packs (I am also unable to access the beta on my PC due to having only a Celeron and that won’t let me download the insider app)
