All of the worlds that my son has bought the last few days are now locked. I can view them all but they are saying I have to purchase again to unlock

Hello he is running iOS 12.4.1 on an iPad. All of the content he has bought the last few days, including today, is now locked. I have attached pictures of the worlds.

I'm so sorry about the delayed response (and a less than ideal one at that). Unfortunately though we are unable to assist with this issue.
As this is an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly who have access to the tools needed to look into this for you.

Dont bother, Customer Supprt are not responding to anyone. Just get this issue fixed Mojang it cant be diffiuclt to find, its affecting every platform the game is on, loads of people have lost their worlds, I've lost access to my PC game, all since the last patch. Just reverse the last patch for godsake!
Please specify the exact device you are using. Since you have specified the platform to be IOS. I've set this ticket to be affecting version 1.12.1. As we do not run public beta's on Apple devices.
Could you please be more specific about the missing content? Is there still content that is not locked?
