Dont bother, Customer Supprt are not responding to anyone. Just get this issue fixed Mojang it cant be diffiuclt to find, its affecting every platform the game is on, loads of people have lost their worlds, I've lost access to my PC game, all since the last patch. Just reverse the last patch for godsake!

Same here on my daughters Nintendo Switch. And its not just that my daughters packs that she bought on her Switch are all now locked, my own account is no longer accessible either on my PC. So this isnt something that is confined to one platform its affecting the whole game over multiple patforms.
This whole Mincraft game is getting to be a right con, I am still unsure they arent doing this deliberately to get lots of people to rebuy the game. But whatver they have done at the end of last year has ruined loads of people purchases.
Minecraft support is not replying to anybody. There is no where we can go to get these things resolved. The only option is to accept the loss or buy again it seems. That is pretty damn illegal in my book. I will not be rebuying and me and my daughter will not be spending another penny on any Mojang or Microsoft products in the future.

God has this issue being going on since Sept last year? Its only just happened to my daughter in Dec 2019. Loads of other people reporting this as well and no support from Mojang at all.
Same happened with us on the Switch and loads and loads of other people. We only lost £28 luckily but not buying anything else on Minecraft after this. Rip off merchants.

Same thing happened to us withthe Switch. Loads of people have lost content since the last patch. Mojang have no idea anymore and the support on here is non-existent.
Same thing happened to my daughter a couple of months ago - she lost all of her worlds on Nintendo Switch version and they showed a lock on them. They are still showing in the storage of her Switch but she cant use them. Minecraft support here is rubbish as well. We have practically given up and are not buying anything else on the Marketplace now. I think Mojang and Microsoft obviously dont know what they are doing anymore. the whole game is messed up with loads of people saying the same thing on this site. It's just a right rip off.
No this was never solved for us. We are just not buying anything else for Minecraft on the Switch because the marketplace is obviously bugged to hell and nobody ever responds, it's criminal how people can get away with stealing people's money like this.
