I have been playing minecraft for years and I bought a few resource and texture packs. On day, after the new 1.14 update, all my packs are locked and have to be paid again to be unlocked. Is this a bug or is there something I can do ?

I'm so sorry about the delayed response (and a less than ideal one at that). Unfortunately though we are unable to assist with this issue.
As this is an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly who have access to the tools needed to look into this for you.
