I already posted the problem i had with the dlc dinosour age (no dinosour, no adventure mode) but now i have a lock on the dlc and a message telling me to buy the dlc and i have 100 coins in the marketplace that dissapered, i want to now when you are going to fix this or give me my money back its been over 1 month since i bought this dlc for my son and still he cant play

As this is an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly who have access to the tools needed to look into this for you.

Same thing happened to my daughter a couple of months ago - she lost all of her worlds on Nintendo Switch version and they showed a lock on them. They are still showing in the storage of her Switch but she cant use them. Minecraft support here is rubbish as well. We have practically given up and are not buying anything else on the Marketplace now. I think Mojang and Microsoft obviously dont know what they are doing anymore. the whole game is messed up with loads of people saying the same thing on this site. It's just a right rip off.
