I purchased something. It was a school world. I used it, but a week later, it re-locked, as if i had never bought it.
then, i bought the Modern Furniture thing. I was using it, and the same thing happened. It locked again!
All i am asking is that you do not lock a purchase that has already been bought.

Same thing happened to us withthe Switch. Loads of people have lost content since the last patch. Mojang have no idea anymore and the support on here is non-existent.

As this is an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly who have access to the tools needed to look into this for you.
