I am furious. I have spent hundreds in the past few months on worlds for my son on his iPad. We didn't create an account it was all linked to my Apple ID.
since last week ALL my purchases are showing as locked and it will no longer let me open those worlds without paying for them again!
I demand that this is fixed ASAP, or I will expect a full refund for ALL worlds I have spent my hard earned cash on!! In total I purchased 82 worlds ranging from 99p to £9.99.
I am very disappointed, we didn't delete the app, we didn't do anything to cause this fault. We even did as it said and signed into a Microsoft account as this is the message that came up to restore purchases but it did not work. If this isn't fixed or refunded within 3 days I will start legal proceedings as this is a large amount of money to lose

Same happened with us on the Switch and loads and loads of other people. We only lost £28 luckily but not buying anything else on Minecraft after this. Rip off merchants.

I'm so sorry about the delayed response (and a less than ideal one at that). Unfortunately though we are unable to assist with this issue.
As this is an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly who have access to the tools needed to look into this for you.

Thank you for taking the time to write a report! Are you sure that before you purchased the packs, you had signed into Minecraft with your Microsoft login? Also, did you have your apple account connected to your Minecraft app before this loss happened? Any more technical info about this problem would help us. Have a great day! 🙂
P.S. You might want to open a case with https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us They probably get many cases similar to yours and might have a quick fix!
