I have purchased five worlds a while back and after one of the previous updates I can no longer access them. They now have a lock on them and say that I need to go purchase them from the store. This made me very upset since I paid so much money on them! Please fix this! 😕

I'm so sorry about the delayed response (and a less than ideal one at that). Unfortunately though we are unable to assist with this issue.
As this is an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly who have access to the tools needed to look into this for you.
