i got shadowmute in featured server.
↓ action that i did
1.Contact The Hive in Twitter
→[https://playhive.com/support/#reamaze#0#/articles/why-can-nobody-see-what-i-type]
i received this URL. This article says "Tell Xbox support."
2.So i told xbox support about this issue
→Supporter says "Please report the issue to Mojang. we'll report that to mojang, too."
3.so i checked issues in this forum
→one of task says "please contact xbox suppot"

What Should I do??? i've been waiting a long time for admin fixes this issue.
but nothing has happened...
i want to fix this issue quickly.

Many people have this issue, and they don't even know that they are shadowmuted. However, Server owners say, its due to Mojang, and Mojang says, it's because of Microsoft/Xbox Live, and Microsoft says its because of the Servers. However, the shadowmute lays on the xbox live account, but happens when the minecraft chat filter gets triggered. Well, to unmute, you have to keep spamming A - Z then 0 - 9, each letter/number in one line on a server. Repeat this until other people can see your chat
