I think you may be experiencing the side affects of MCPE-52790. If you could, we would really appreciate it if you checked back with those two "empty" temples and use your LT button, and try to interact where the chests should be. Have a great day! 🙂

Yep looks like a dupe of MCPE-52790. Went back to desert temple at coordinates in screenshot and confirmed invisible chests, one of which had a Notch apple. Big thanks to you sir. 🙂
