Im not sure if this affects other platforms, but it affects Xbox. If you press the x button in creative mode while in the inventory and try to clear the hotbar, it doesn’t work.
Edit: I meant to say hotbar not inventory, anyway this was fixed ages ago so don’t worry about it
That only clears your hotbar, not your full inventory.
