When I use splash potions a few times in the same spot it creates a never ending loop of the splash potion effect on the block I splashed it on and it has been going on every time I work in minecraft.

Are you sure that you're using splash potions? Aren't they lingering potions? If so, please see MCPE-39595 and reply here.
