Hotbar is too dark on some platforms when anti-aliasing is increased

The hotbar appears to be dark gray instead of gray on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows 10 when the anti-aliasing is increased.

What I expected to happen was...:
The hotbar would appear gray, like on other Bedrock platforms.

What actually happened was...:
Instead, it appeared dark gray.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Minecraft on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, or Windows 10

  2. Load up a world

  3. Increase the anti-aliasing

  4. Notice how the hotbar appears dark gray

The Hotbar also renders dark when using a RTX resource pack.
