[MCPE-5431] Solid blocks can be seen through stairs

Blocks placed under stairs can be seen through the little snatch between the stair blocks (take a closer look at the roof of my house).

Duplicate of MCPE-347, also this has been fixed for 0.8.0 with the mimaps and anisotropic feature

In both images in each issue, if you see that it shows some weird lines if you see the buildings far away from it.

No, image 3 clearly shows that this also happens when you look at it from nearby. Also, this doesn't happen on PC, while 347 does, which is why I don't think that Moire pattern causes this. Mipmaps and anisotroping filtering will fix the Moire pattern, but I don't think they will fix this.
