While I was testing out the Character Creator in this build, I realized that when I tried to put a cape on a Custom Skin I had made in the Character Creator it didn't save or show up in the preview. Look at the video I attached for the proof.

I can still put the cape on my main custom character, however it automatically gets taken off whenever I exit out of the game and shut down my PC. In other words, the Character Creator feature has pretty much lost the ability to remember that particular preference.
I personally really like wearing a virtual cape. That said, I do not wanna to have to keep putting it back on every time I log into the game only to have it bail out on me upon turning off my device.
Also the CC feature decided to kill off one of my other custom characters, so that's one more bug to keep in mind.

I couldn't reproduce this in 1.13.0, so it's probably a new bug in 1.14.
Where did the custom skin (the one that looks like a fox) come from? Is it from a Marketplace skin pack, imported from a file, or in a custom skin pack you created? I'm not sure it matters, but it might help up reproduce the problem so we can report it to the developers.
