When you saturate an end rod mounted on a north wall or south-facing wall (so the attachment point is on the north side of the block the end rod is in), the water doesn't render correctly

I should have noted, this was partially a problem in the previous version. Though it rendered correctly, you couldn't directly saturate an end rod mounted in that position, and still can't. You have to saturate another block next to it, then remove that block.
