Same issue here. I even closed and reopened several during play to check it was saving. 2 hrs later it's all gone and I'm back to the pre update save.

I also have this issue exactly. Seems the Realm servers aren't actually uploading the savegame state when you leave the game and are relying on autosaves.

Just checked mine and it’s still doing the same thing on ios and Xbox.
Hopefully they get onto it quickly doesn’t seem very fair not being able to play something we pay for.

I had gone on and off my realm several times doing a little bit each time. And saving and reloading ok each time. I thought it was working and saving again. But then, just now, it rolled back again to the same old backup save. It's completely unplayable. I will have to take the paid realm offline 😞
