yesterday I create a custom character and play the super Mario world template while listening to fairground by simply red trying to do the same thing today I quickly turned on my switch but it got stuck on a black screen and it won't boot like if I close it and open again it won't work

Just to be clear, does the black screen occur any time you turn the Switch on, or when you try to load Minecraft? Does the black screen go away after several minutes if you let it sit?
