[MCPE-54864] Minecraft PE wont launch past MOJANG screen and goes back to home screen.

Yesterday Oct 30, 2019 my minecraft PE iOS 1.13.0 stopped launching. It opens to the MOJANG screen then goes white screen and crashes back to my start screen. I have checked the RAM , and have plenty, cleared the cash, reset my iPad, deleted my game and all my worlds 😞 and reloaded. Nothing works. Please advise, I miss my time with family members playing.

Same problem. Uploaded a .mov of what's happening. Love playing this with my daughter and her worlds are on this iPad so I don't want to re-install. Hoping for a fix. iPad Model MD512LL/A running iOS 10.3.3. Thanks!
