I can milk the cows just fine, but I cant move the bucket in the inventory. If I try the bucket empties and just pops back to the last slot as an empty bucket. Also if I log out of the realm and log on again the bucket will be empty.
(Also my realm is seriously glitchy after 1.13.0. Not saving properly and has crashed a couple of times which never happened before.)

I am having the same issue. Also if I use anything else in my hot bar the milk disappears.

I've had a related issue with 1.13. When drinking milk, the drinking sound and animation does not stop automatically to tell me that I've finished drinking. However, if I drink long enough then I do drink the milk and the bucket will appear empty when I stop holding the "use" button.
