When loading into a world for the first time, all white terracotta was a different texture. It was a black texture with blue spots. I don't know if this is a known bug or if this is in any other bedrock editions other than windows 10. Also it fixes it's self after loading in again.

it could be. The only thing making me feel like it is not is the whole texture has changed completely. I was checking it on some other worlds and I have discovered that it also applies with other blocks like dirt. The texture almost looked like prismarene bricks but purple. Them plants are dead bushes. The reason some of the same pop up are because there on different blocks like diamond blocks and more.
