I have encountered this glitch on multiple world's. I keep finding villages with most nearly everyone unemployed while there are plenty of job blocks. I've placed some more and the job block shows the particles that it is claimed but no one claims it

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

If there are particles over the workstation, then a villager has claimed it. That villager may be in the other side of a village or in a hole where you can’t see it. It will not necessarily be the closest villager. If you place a workstation for every villager you can find in the village, do some still stay unemployed?
