Realms crashed and lost all progress from hour and a half

I was on my realm and it randomly crashed when I got off my horse to kill a mob, and it lost all the progress from that session, which included lots of building and trading, and acquiring a villager that sold efficiency V that I really didnt want to lose. The session was about an hour and a half, or at least an hour. I was on the realm by my self at the time. Also, my single player world has been crashing constantly, but usually only loses progress from up to the last 30 seconds, but it’s still really annoying. Also, this is unrelated, but one or two of my villagers despawned somehow in my single player, and they couldn’t have died because they are in small, well-lit rooms with no outside access except for a fence gate. Please fix soon because I spend a lot of time on this game and hate losing my progress.
