Greetings support,
Several of my kids have had the Minecraft PE app start to crash on their iOS devices. One day it works; the next day it goes to the "Mojang" screen, then a white screen, and then kicks them back to the home screen. This is happening on multiple iPhone devices (most older, running IOS 9.x) and multiple iPad devices (most older, running IOS 10.x). It should also be noted that the 'crashes' didn't start occurring at the same time. It started with one device, then over the course of several months, eventually made it's way to all of them. It finally happened to our last working device this weekend, prompting this request for helps/support. I have tried resetting the devices, rebooting, the devices, even removing/reinstalling the app - nothing seems to fix this. If anyone has any suggestions, I would certainly be appreciative. Thanks in advance!

Please include specific device model numbers and iOS version pairings if possible. You say this occured before Minecraft 1.13, was it the same behavior or were they able to play?
