If you disable player bobbing does this go away?

Are you placing the minecart on powered activator rails? Activator rails shake and eject the rider when powered.

Perhaps you meant to use powered rails, which accelerate min carts when powered and decelerate when unpowered.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce.
