First, please check your Language settings. If those are set correctly, I expect the problem is in your computer settings. Did you notice that it appears to have added Arabic characters to the end of your screenshot filename? I'm not really familiar with the RTL language settings, but I know that this is what it looks like when you have a mixture of English and Arabic on the same line.
