So there is an occurring issue on my siblings Nintendo account/profile. When opening the Minecraft game on their account (which does not have a Microsoft account linked to it), the game remains on the black loading screen for about 3 minutes or more, then an error shows up saying to close the game, our Minecraft is on version 1.13.1 the issue does not happen on my primary account, as that one has a Microsoft account linked to it. I don't know if it has something to do with not having a Microsoft account or not, but thats the only difference between the two.
