Hi there! I have a Minecraft realm and any time I try to get in, it gets frozen on the "building terrain" screen I have done many things to try and fix this
I restarted the app to no luck
I logged out of my account and logged back in to no luck
I deleted the app and redownloaded it to no luck
i tried to download an older back up of my realm to reset it, however it says my storage is full
so I cleared EVERYTHING out of my account. I deleted every world and deleted everyone from my Minecraft realm in hopes of clearing storage, nothing works. My storage is completely empty and yet my account says that my storage is full.
i even did a soft reset on my device in hopes of being able to get back on and I have not. I pay 8.99 for this realm every month for NOTHING and no one has responded back to my requests for help. Very frustrating
