The bee nests would not generate in already explored chunks. I check already explored chunks.They generate as intended in unloaded chunks. Sorry about that.

This world is older than version 1.14.0 and I checked chunks that had already been loaded. I thought that it was a bug. Sorry about that.

However, this issue has been resolved as Working as Intended.
Bee Nests only generate in newly discovered chunks after updating the game to version 1.14 and above.
