Looked through many forests and vast areas i made flower plot to see if they would spawn but still seen no bee any suggestions

They only spawn in beehives in 5% of trees in plains, sunflower plains and flower forest biomes. It also must be an area of the world you hadnt visited prior to the update.
You created two reports for the same issue, minutes apart. looking for someone to help you understand why you weren't finding any bee nests. Apparently you don't understand the purpose of the bug tracker.

Are you looking in a freshly generated part of the world?
Bees do not spawn randomly in the world the way most mobs do. They only spawn inside bee nests, and bee nests only spawn during world generation. Therefore, you will not find bees or nests in chunks that were generated before 1.14.
