[MCPE-58511] cant link ps4 to microsoft account

i am unable to connect my ps4 account to the microsoft account. i submitted a ticket and was told to put it in a bug report.

i get a screen where it states, and i quote, "We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but something went wrong."

I now how to fix it! Turn your PS4 on and off again then close Minecraft and open it up again! Then put in your email and password with the code and then you will be logged in! It worked for me, hope it works for you!
