I have killed cows, sheep and endermen and they are dropping leads along with their beef or ender pearls. Not sure what other mobs are dropping leads.

Is this issue only happening in worlds converted from PS4 Legacy Edition to Bedrock?

Yes this happens on worlds converted from ps4 to bedeock. My villagers had leads, which lead up to a cow.

Is this still happening in the latest version? If so, does it happen if you convert the world once again?

All hostile mobs as well as villagers are dropping leads as well as their normal drops for me. Just updated yesterday (4/19/20)

I also play on an old world that got converted to bedrock and mobs that shouldn't drop leads drop leads.

I thought I was the only one having this issue, it was fun at first but now my inventory just keeps being filled with leads, it seems to only happen to PS4 worlds converted to Bedrock, it really breaks immersion and I fear that this is one of those bugs that will go unnoticed for a long time mainly because it seems to only happen on PS4 and because it doesn’t happen to many people, I hope my prediction is wrong and they patch this soon

It is still a problem, I had my button to switch versions dissappeared So I was forced to update. Now I'm having passive Mobs and even nether Mobs drop leads. It doesn't always occur, But it makes me feel like my World is corrupted. My guess is it has to do with world's that had multiple saves. Example: Save 1, save 2, save 3, and save 4

The reason for believing that this could be the factor is I've updated worlds with one save file and haven't noticed this bug. But on my oldest World That had multiple saves, When updated The bug occurred.
