With the new character creator I can't find my old skin packs that I own

From the main menu, select Profile, then select a character slot and click Create (or Edit) Character. The second tab contains your Owned skins, included skins you imported from a file and skin packs purchased from the Marketplace.

NO, I've done that, only 3 of my skin packs are there, the others aren't
