Ghast attack in peaceful mode
Survival, peaceful mode, on the nether
Before I heard the sound of ghast in peaceful mode, I don't think ghast will attack. But the sound of the ghast like when ghast will attack the player. I don't really think about that because it's in peaceful mode. A few moments later Fireball came to me and blew up the area. I died because of that.

First I played alone, secondly I was very sure it was in peaceful mode, because after death I immediately looked into the settings and checked that it was still in a peaceful mode.
Additional: When I hear the sound of ghast, I don't see the ghast. But some time after that, a fireball / fire charge came to me and blew up the area
Ok, one possibility I can think of is that the previous time you were in the nether, you were in normal difficulty and a ghast shot at you just as you were entering a portal to go back to the overworld. The nether would have become frozen at that point with the fireball on its way to you. If you switched to peaceful in the overworld, it would not remove the fireball. So then you could have gone back to the nether, still in peaceful. The fireball would then have unfrozen and resumed its flight toward you. However, unless you paused at the same position you were in when it was shot earlier, it's pretty unlikely that it would happen to hit you.

@unknown: I was confused about your video until I realized you were demonstrating a different bug. This report is about ghasts attacking in peaceful. The ghast doesn't attack in your video. What your video demonstrates is that ghasts don't despawn in peaceful. That's a different bug, and we're tracking it as MCPE-53383.
It is also possible that the Ghast targeted you in easy/normal/hard, continued to targeting you after you switched to peaceful, and then actually attacked in peaceful. See MCPE-47622.
Could not reproduce in 1.14.0 on Windows 10.
There is a current bug that allows ghasts to spawn in peaceful mode. I thought that might mean they were still hostile, so I tried going to the nether in survival mode with difficulty set to peaceful. Standing on top of a nether fortress, I had a ghast fly right beside me but it didn't attack. Not even after I shot it with an arrow. Two other ghasts likewise ignored me.
Is there any possibility that you weren't actually in peaceful difficulty? That's the only way I can think of to explain it. Perhaps someone else changed it back to normal without you knowing?
