When i opened minecraft app I realized my skin didn't load again.It was regular problem for me so I just wanted to choose the earth skin and apply minecon cape again,but when I wanted to do it I realized that all of my skin packs,capes,maps and other stuff disappeared,and even when I want to play on official servers I see message "Comes onsale soon".That all is really annoying.

I don't think that's good.I updated minecraft just when the new version came out and it happened now,it also happened before.Every bug and issue is bad and happens because of a code error,a bug or overloaded servers.Every issue isn't a good thing for a game, especially for a great game like Minecraft.
I've the same issue. My characters won't load. My minecoins are gone and my packs. Nothing. They came back earlier after I've signed out, cleared cache data and closed the app and then reopened and signed back in. But now I'm trying to do the same things but it still won't work. Pocket edition is getting a lot of bugs lately.
The marketplace is currently not loading properly. My packs are still available, but my Minecoins are gone, my skins won't into my character slots (except for that one custom skin), and nothing will load in the marketplace item boxes. We can only trust they're working on it, unless they've gone full Bethesda.

Yes me too I had this error but after one day all reappeared. Don't worry It's just after the update and after It's good.
