Reslabbed the top of my mob farm. Entire area is a completely secure and lit perimeter. I'm not sure if this is related to MCPE-59682, but ever since the cave spawn issues, I also get mob spawns on the bottom half slab roof of my farm. It's important to note that the farm is underground, I've done all caving and surface lighting. As you can see in the image attached, multiple mobs spawn on top of this creeper farm. 😞
Please fix mob spawning as a priority, it's game breaking.
