How to play:
1. Place a Dispenser on the ground with 1 pack's bone meal inside It and make a grass platform above it with 3x3
2. Now connect the Redstone Dispenser to a redstone source (lever, redstone torch, redstone block. Whatever)
3. The chashs game

Expected is the game not freezing simply because there is a working Dispenser

But I play on Xbox One, if you can, play on Xbox One 1.14.1 please. And there was bone meal inside the dispenser, however, I didn't catch it because I thought it wouldn't need
I also have this problem, but I'm playing on PC. I tried to make a flower farm by dispensing some bone meal to a grass platform from below, but doing this crashes the game most of the time.
I also have run into this: attempting to dispense bone meal on to a grass block will crash the game [win 10 1.14.1]

Could not reproduce in 1.14.1 Hotfix on Windows 10, but I couldn't determine from your screenshot what you were attempting to dispense the bone meal onto, so it's possible my test setup might not match yours.
I noticed that the dispenser clicked didn't dispense any bone meal.
