When I'm filling up more than one milk bucket, say three, when i get to the last bucket, ill fill it up and when i go to move it to my inventory it reverts back to an empty bucket

We're tracking this issue under MCPE-54623 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate.
That ticket has already been resolved as Fixed which means the fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest version of the game. You can check the Fix Version/s field in that ticket to learn more.
