Unable to turn off narrator on minecraft

Currently the game does not have a text-to-speech feature. You must may have activated your Windows 10 Narrator. You can turn it off in Settings > Ease of Access > Narrator.-

Reopning as I was totally not thinking straight. The game does have a text-to-speech feature, it's in Settings > Accessibility. Check that first,
