When you use elytra and firework rockets to propel yourself, chunk loading acts abnormally. Some chunks don't load leaving an empty area of invincible blocks. When flying into this "invincible area" the player takes damage and is forced out of flight mode which results in the player falling to death into the land below.(I know chunk loading is an issue for a long time but now it kills you!!I am reporting on killing bug and not chunk loading)

Chunks load normally and flying into a chunk doesn't kill the player.
Actual Result when flying
Some chunks don't load and flying into them kills player
Significance
Player is usually far from base and dying mid way is annoying since there is no quick way of getting back to death location which results in loss of items carried by player.

You can probably recover your stuff if you travel to the spot on foot. It takes 5 mins to despawn and that only counts when those chunks are loaded in your simulation distance. Example: I lost all my stuff in an ocean monument and respawned at world spawn 6000 blocks away, but I was able travel back and recover it all.
