i picked up the mine craft with starter pack for Xbox one and my kids can't play with them only some show up and the others didn't, contacted micro soft and after checking over everything they sent me to you,to report please help me

The way i got it to work:
Delete Minecraft Windows 10
Sign out of Xbox Console Companion + Xbox (Beta - The app that is used for Gamepass on the PC)
Re-install Minecraft Windows 10
Login and sign into your microsoft account
It should now sync correctly.
i was able to down some of the starter pack from the minecraft store some was recolonized that i Own it but others like skin pack 1,relics of the privateers,wildlife savanna,pureBDcraft,winter mini games festival did not, the store wants me to pay for it, plus when i go to mine craft menu to manage add on the starter pack does not show,i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, nothing change, after i have to go to the mine craft store to down load some of the pack again, i have no more answers about this please can someone from MOJANG get this bug fixed, on my micro soft account i can see the starter packs and that i Own them.
I’m having this issue too. Wildlife Savanna and Relics of the Privateers are missing from my Creators Pack but listed as purchased on my Microsoft Account. Adventurers Dream, Pastel Skin Pack and Winter Mini-Games Festival are listed as Owned or Download. The others are missing under My Packs but available for purchase when I search for them.

i can see the packs in micro soft store, but they are not all showing up in my mine craft, i have tried to uninstall and reinstall and now we have nothing.
