I'm attempting to sign in with a Microsoft Account on my PS4 in order to facilitate crossplay however it is consistently coming up with the same error message' 'we tried to sign you into your Microsoft Account but something went wrong'. On the 23rd, i had successfully signed into my Microsoft Account on the platform but again it is not working. Crossplay Permissions are allowed on both PS4 and my Xbox live account. There are no parental settings in play either. I can sign in to my Microsoft also with no issues so the issue lies with Mojang's end.

Iβve just been hit by this following a crash on my PS4. I tried the address given by MegaSpud but they just sent a reply directing me to process my refund at PlayStation Network. They donβt seem to have anything to do with this. Holding the button combination only results in a message saying login failed and login manually (how?). Trying again results in the Something went wrong message
