There's an issue where if I break a beehive with a campfire under it, the bees get angry. All I did was break the beehive with a diamond axe while a campfire was underneath it.

Breaking a beehive without a silk touch enchanted tool or with bees outside the hive will cause the bees to aggro towards you.
