I have experienced both of the things you specified, so i agree, it needs to be fixed
This is similar to an issue i have been having, did you see the item frame get placed somewhere else, and did it only break when you place a block in the same position, if it is niether, try it in a superflat world
Well, how am I supposed to if the error is from one of the mods?! No help at all.
