Bees ignore flowers in snow

The bug

Bees will not pathfind towards or collect pollen from flowers that are sharing a space with snow. For all intents and purposes, these flowers are invisible to them.

How to reproduce

1. Place a bunch of flowers

2. Place a snow layer in each of them

3. Spawn a bee and place a hive
   → ❌  The bees will aimlessly ignore the flowers

4. Now place another flower, without snow
   → ✔  The bees are quickly drawn to it

Expected behavior

Bees should treat flowers equally, regardless of the presence of snow
