For the past couple of months, when I start Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch (irrespective of the Nintendo gamer profile I use) the game takes a very, very long time to load. First the screen goes all black for a number of minutes. Then the screen turns white for a few minutes (but shorter than the black screen) and then I finally get the Minecraft loading screen with the bars and the game loads after a bit.
Anyone else having this problem in the Nintendo Switch? Does anyone have any ideas as to how the loading times can be improved? The game was purchased via the Nintendo eShop and it was NOT doing this when we purchased it. I am afraid of deleting and re-installing for fear of losing my worlds, so I haven't tried that. Any help is appreciated!
