in only certain area, probably a chunck, all regular chest ender chest and shulker box disappear. The chest still occupy space but you can not see it and either interact with it (you can break it but not open, when braking particles are shown). Frames and barril are visible but items in frames are not and you can not interact with either of them.
I really hope I don’t loose all resources inside! When I broke one of the regular invisible chests gave me back the chest but no of the items that where inside.

This happens on my iPad as well: A number of double chests full of items, placed at ground level (y=64) inside my house have gone invisible, but so did my bed as well!
I can walk on top of the invisible chests, that's how I know that they are still there, but I can't open them. Haven't tried breaking them, as I'm too afraid to lose all their contents.
I can sleep in the invisible bed, just like I would sleep in a normal bed, the sleep button shows up at night time, if I'm positioned right. That's how I know the bed is still there.
Got a basement room under the house which has some chests that are unaffected. Maybe they are in a different chunk? I also have double chests in other locations further away (in the mine, etc.), that have not been affected.

Based on other bugs reports, if you break the invisible chest you will lose everything in it. You can break the bed and replace though. You best hope on the chest is to keep reloading the chunk, by quit and reload, or going to the nether, or going a long distance away and back.
Y=64 is a subchunk boundary and that might explain why chests directly below are not affected.
There are other tickets reporting this, you should search for them before creating a new one. One ticket with 20 votes is more likely to get attention than 20 tickets with1 vote.

Hello, I broke my regular chest and lost all items inside. Gave me the chest thought. Same happens with furnace and frames. When I tried to brake my shulker box the game crases and close the whole application. This only happens with sulker box!! Could it be a clue to solve the problem? Hope it helps..

I have gone way fare this chunk, to the nether and end and problem persist. My Affected area is higher in depth. Is not more than 15 block square but goes all the way to the 12 layer in depth. (from water level of the foto provided )

I wonder, if you place a hopper under the invisible chest, can the hopper extract the items that should be in there?
