if you build a pillar on the portal, the dragon will fly higher.You can do it when it arrives, the blocks break
and for this it’s hard to attack

Is this causing some kind of problem for you? You haven't explained what you expected to happen or why you think there's a bug here. If the pillar causes the dragon to fly too high to attack, why isn't the solution to not build the pillar?
And I still don't understand what you expected to happen when you a built a pillar where the dragon is supposed to perch. Did you expect it to perch inside the pillar blocks? I don't think that would make sense.
