This has happened to me 4 times now where I have my spawn point set to my house before i leave to go to the nether or the end and then if i die for any reason sometimes i wont go back to my spawn point and instead ill get sent to the world spawn which is almost 125000 blocks from my house and where i should have spawned. I haven't noticed this happening in the over world but it sucks because i like to spend a lot of time in the end and nether building bases there and now i cant do that because of this glitch.
Edit 2-19-20: 2 of my friends, One on iOS and the other on Nintendo Switch reported the same thing happened to them as well. This makes me think it is all of bedrock edition though I have not heard anything about android, or ps4 so not sure but it would make sense. Also it is not only realms/ SMPs it is also on solo worlds/ SSPs
Platforms: Reported on Windows 10, iOS, Nintendo Switch and Xbox

Are you sure the bed you last slept in had not been destroyed or mined up?
If the bed is still in place, had you exited the world and reloaded between the time you last slept in the bed and the time you died? If so, where were you when you exited?

@GoldenHelmet,
I am certain that the bed I last slept in was still there. Since this was a few days prior I do not remember if I exited the game between this bug happening and my last time sleeping but it would make sense as I have a base I set up in the end and nether on our realm and I sleep in my bed every time before I head off, because I live so far from the world spawn and I have no transport system to get back quickly, I spend a lot of time working there so it could be possible that I left the realm in the end/nether and loaded back in the end/nether. Anyway I hope my rambling is helpful

@GoldenHelmet
I can add photos if needed but I didn't know how it would be helpful in this scenario

Here is my contribution :
Bed in my home, not destroyed, not obstructed, not mined.
If I die in the Overworld I respawn at my bed : no problem.
If I die in the Nether I respawn at the world spawn.
I'm playing on Nintendo Switch (last update) and not on Realms (normal game).
Please fix this ... the whole point of exploration is detroyed with this bug.

I was not able to reproduce this in a simple test on Windows 10: I set my respawn at a bed, travelled to the nether, stood on a magma block to die, and respawned next to the bed.
That makes me think there must be some more specific factors in this bug, such as relogging while in the end/nether, chunk loading errors, or the distance or time involved. So far we have established that it not specific to one platform or to realms or single-player.
If anyone could provide a video or world download that might be helpful.

@GoldenHelmet,
I do not have a world download because I did not own the realm but the seed was 1781551223 and my bed was placed and slept in at 121732, 70, -23536. I would go through a nether portal near my bed and would go through the nether on a path to the end and sometimes when i would die on the way to the second nether portal i would re spawn at the world spawn but most of the times this would happen would be in the end after safely getting to the end though the nether I would loot some endcities, put my loot in an end chest and jump in the void to come home. except... i didnt go home i went to world spawn and the issue is we didnt have an ice boat path in the nether from our realm's home base to my 17k nether blocks away home so i would be stuck or have to spend a long time getting back

Here are some other angles on this problem:
There is an older report of this, MCPE-42156, that has a couple suggestions in the comments: that the blocks around your bed could be unspawnable, and that using a bed in the nether or end resets your spawn point to the world spawn. However, I tried these and still could not reproduce the bug.
I wonder if setting the respawn point could be impacted by chunk lag. Do you happen to have a lot of villagers, farms, or redstone mechanisms in the same chunk as your bed, or in nearby chunks?
Another possible cause would be if your playerID is being reset when you die in the nether or end. Is there any evidence that your playerID is reset, such as your tamed animals no longer following you?
Can anyone confirm if this bug impacts you in more than one world or realm?

The only machine I had running was a zero tick bamboo and sugar cane farm (the new update accidentally broke zero tick water based sugar cane farms.I would post about it but I think someone already did.) That may have caused it. but also sometimes I was just in the Nether where I had no farms running. I had no pets except for a bird that didnt follow me home early on in the realm so I do not think that caused it. It could have to do with Me being so far away but also I don't know.

I also had a sand pusher elytra launcher which also broken in the beta 😞

Has anyone who respawned at the world spawn been able to travel back to their bed location and confirm that the bed is still there and has not turned invisible? Also, can anyone give the exact coordinates on which their bed sits? The reason I ask these questions is that there are many reports of beds going invisible, and in my experience what happens is that the head of the bed gets deleted while the foot remains and can be bounced on but not slept in. I imagine that bug could be triggered when the game attempts to respawn you at the bed.

Sorry for my bad English.
I just went to the nether but I was killed by wither skeleton. I respawned on spawn point which is far away from my house. And I do not know XYZ coordinates.
It is not Realms.
